Ingredients
½ cup char siu sauce
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp dried chilli flakes
1.5kg lamb ribs
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Grilled lime cheeks, to serve
Method
Put char siu sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli flakes in a large ceramic bowl. Mix to combine. Add ribs and toss until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight to marinate.
Preheat barbecue hotplate to low. Spread vegetable oil over hotplate. Drain ribs from marinade then add to hotplate. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve immediately with grilled lime cheeks on the side.
